Hi! I’m Ephraim Gopin. I’ve spent the last 25 years as a nonprofit CEO, fundraiser, grant writer, comms and marketing director, event planner and worn every other hat you can think of.

FAQ- Who qualifies to join the Small Shop Success community?
Full time employees of a registered nonprofit (or foundation) which I consider to be “small shop”- revenue in the last fiscal year below $5 million.
FAQ- Who will not be allowed to join the Small Shop Success community?
- People who are consultants or work in an agency
- Staff who work for nonprofits with annual revenue over $5 million
FAQ- How do I know if I qualify?
After you fill in and submit the form on this page, I (Ephraim Gopin) will vet your organization. Once I have determined that you qualify, two things will happen:
- I will email you group guidelines which you must agree to
- I will send you a link for payment. Once payment has gone thru you will be given access to the group
Please note: I reserve the right to refuse people from joining the group.
FAQ- What are the days and hours that the group will be open?
The group is open every Monday-Thursday from 12pm-3pm EST (9am-12pm PST). You’ll be able to ask your nonprofit, management, fundraising and marketing questions and I will answer plus share best practices, tips and expert advice.
FAQ- How much does it cost to join?
It is $100 per month, $300 total for February, March and April.
