Next River Fundraising Strategies
T. Clay Buck, CFRE, is Founder and Principal of Next River Fundraising Strategies, where he helps nonprofits build data-informed, strategically sound and deeply human fundraising programs. With more than 30 years of experience- from Development Assistant to Chief Development Officer- he brings a practitioner’s insight to strategy, systems and storytelling that drive lasting donor relationships. A Certified Fund Raising Executive and Certificate holder in Philanthropic Psychology, Clay also teaches fundraising at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Laura Amerman
I have more than 30 years’(eeek!) experience in fundraising, marketing and communications, business and nonprofit resource development and public speaking. I focus on right-sizing your strategy and tactics so any size organization can effectively fundraise with the resources at hand. Dan Hanley

Dan Hanley is the principal at Altrui Consulting, based in Monrovia, California. He works with clients throughout the US and Mexico in donor relationship-building, fundraising, and recruiting, and is especially committed to human services and animal welfare organizations. He is a human rights and animal rights activist and uses his passion for making the world a better place as an asset when working with clients. Dan shares his home with his husband and three adopted dogs and loves to read, hike, ride his bike around town, and create delicious vegan dishes.
